Registrations
ICITIIT'21 accepts three types of Registrations: Full Author, Accompanying Author and Participant. Full Author registration is for the presenting author of the accepted paper in the conference and it is mandatory. Authors who are not presenting can register as Accompanying Author. All other attendies of the conference can register as Participant.

- Please note that the fees shown above are inclusive of all taxes and levies. Any gateway charges along with applicable taxes or levies, if any, will have to be borne by the registrant.
- IEEE members are requested to upload IEEE membership card / receipt of payment for 2020 online during the online registration process if registering under IEEE category.
- Students are requested to upload valid student ID card (front and back side) during the online registration process if registering under that student category.
- Please keep a copy of the transaction ID, generated by the payment gateway as well as by your bank. You may need these later if you need to track your payment/registration.
- All correspondence regarding registration for ICITIIT21 should contain Paper ID as well as registration confirmation number.
- Please note that ICITIIT21, or its hosts, represented by the Organizing Committee as well as the IEEE Kerala Section, will not be responsible for any loss, financial or otherwise, caused by improper transactions conducted online. While Organizers have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure a safe online transaction, it is the registrant’s responsibility, while paying the registration fee, to secure their user IDs, passwords, Paper ID, etc.
How to Register?
Step 1:
Create a reader account in the OCS-IIITK Submission System(only for Participants/Co-authors): Create a new Account
Authors and co-autors of accepted papers with an author account can proceed to Step 2
Step 2:
Complete the payment process by transfering the registration fee to below bank account and note down the Transaction ID
Note: Once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable.
Step 3:
Complete the Registration Process: Register
Once the Registration Process is completed and the payment is verified, a confirmation email will be send from ICITIIT21 Organizing Team within 2-3 working days.

VISA Assistance:
- Once registration is complete, a seperate request need to send with registration details to icitiit21@iiitkottayam.ac.in inorder to get the invitation letter for VISA purposes.
